About me
Software Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications Project Management. Master’s candidate in Analysis of Contemporary Political, Economic, and International Issues at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Development (IAED) within Colombia’s Cancilleria. Holds a Ph.D. in Social Studies of Latin America from the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba, Argentina, focusing my intellectual work on the region’s social transformation through advanced technologies, with a research emphasis on Smart Cities projects in Latin America.
Currently, I serve as the CEO of Sociedad Futuro Digital – Tectres, an organization whose core philosophy is «Social transformation through advanced technologies.» Additionally, I am the Acting Dean of the Facultad de Ingenieria y Ciencias Básicas at Universidad Central in Colombia.
Additionally, I serve as an Expert Advisor to the Colombian Committee for Cooperation in the Pacific (COLPECC), contributing to the analysis and development of strategies in digital economy, innovation, and the adoption of emerging technologies, in coordination with public, private, and academic stakeholders at both national and international levels.
